Description of objectVilla Dalena is located on the beautiful sandy beaches of the Ionian Sea and is a little oasis in the town of San Pietro in Bevagna.The villa can be divided in 2 apartments: - Oleander Apartment, ideal for 7 guests (in blue on the map) - Siren Apartment, ideal for 4 guests (in green on the map) It consists in: - 3 double bedrooms, 2 with air-conditioner - 1 main bedroom with air-conditioner, 35 square meters where it\\\'s possible to host up to 4 people - 3 bathrooms with shower - 2 kitchens - open veranda - close veranda with air-conditioner - large outoor shaded by eucaliptus and showers - parking The Villa is very welcoming and it can fit also 10 people ( 2 for each room and 4 in the main room) and in this way you can accomodate friends and relatives; there will not be any problem for parking with dedicated spaces on a side of the house with a canadian vine cover. The closest airports are Bari Palese and Brindisi Papola with daily departures and arrivals from Milano, Venezia, Roma and the other major places. Car rental is available in Manduria too. Why staing by us? 1) 10 meters to the seaside you only need to open the entrance, cross the road, walking along a footbridge and then swim! 2) beatifull spaces in the outside the eucaliptus will refresh and parfume the air; barbecue and outside shower is all you need to enjoy summer time 3) children are very welcome some toys and bikes are available; the villa is in a resident and a private road (closed by gates) is a perfect place to let your children play in a secure space June to September are usually rent for a minimum period of 7 days; if the house is avaible, shorter period will be considered.
