Description of objectThe house offers a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, with oven, microwave, water boiler.On the first floor there is a large living room/bedroom with double sofabed (air conditioning),library tv stand and private bathroom with a shower. On the second floor there is a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and another bathroom with shower. On the last floor there is a small equipped laundry room and a breakfast bar where one can prepare breakfast or snacks breakfast and sit out on the terrace with its wonderful sea view. Location of objectMonopoli has all the amenities necessary for a good holiday, but the region boasts some wonderfully attractive cities and tourist attractions.Situated on the sea coast in the centre of the glorious grounds of an historic town “MONOPOLI” with its impressive baroque churches and Romanesque structured. Nearest Town/City: Polignano a Mare (5 km), Castellana Grotte (12 km), Conversano (20 km), Alberobello (25km), Ostuni (40 km) Town: Italy, Puglia, MonopoliMonopoli has a full range of amenities, although outside of peak-season (July and August) these are somewhat curtailed.
