Description of objectThe house is the last on a cul-de-sac, with a small garden, a play-ground for younger kids and a trampoline for all children on the street to use.
It was built in 1969, and has been renovated over the last years. Three-floor-villa which is semi-detached. White, openly designed and decorated in a Scandinavian way. Modern and comfortable with all the latest equipment in tv:s, playstaytion 3, fridge, laundry, dish washer etc.
Location of objectThis house is located in Mölndal, just outside Göteborg (Gothenburg), Sweden. It´s on the west coast of Sweden and it´s only 10 minutes by car/train to the central of Gothenburg. It´s also very close to the Landvetter airport (15 minutes away).
To Copenhagen it takes approx. 3 hours by car or train, but if you want t go to Denmark you can easily take a ferry from Gothenburg that takes you to Fredrikshamn in Denmark in 2,5 hours.
If you want to go to Stockholm it will take you approx 4,5 - 5 hours by car, but only 3 hours by X2000 train from Gothenburg Central station.
Town: Sweden, West coast, GothenburgThe house is only a few minutes away (walking distance) to two lakes. One is Stensjön and the other is Rådasjön. In the summers we often walk down there for a refreshing swim, but then again the ocean is just ten minutes away by car so the choice is yours...
The city of Gothenburg has lots to offer, being the second biggest city in Sweden. Restaurants, bars, shopping is only a 10 minute ride away, as is Liseberg, an amusement park well worth visiting (our house is just one stop away on the train) and Universeum, a science \"park\".
Just outside Gothenburg you will find an amazing coastal scenery, why not catch a ferry to the beautiful archipelago?
