Description of object
Built in 2013 this is a perfect family vacation home. It is modern style. In ground level there is a fully equipped kitchen with table for 10 persons. From the open kitchen there is a door to the kitchen terrace with morning sun. On level 1 there is also a toilet with shower and the stylish livingroom with a door to the main terrace. The wooden terrace is lush and in southwest and had evening sun. Here you find a table for 8 persons, a barbecue and a small lawn. On second floor there is a big TV-room, a master bedroon with a double bed and two additional bedrooms, where one is with a bunk bed. There are plenty of toys for children to play with. On second floor there is also a bathroom with tub. The house has has a small garden and parking for two cars. Bikes (two adult bikes (one with a child´s seat) and two kids bikes)) may be borrowed. The house is located on a quiet street with very few cars and with many children. There is also a small playground on the street.

Mölnlycke is perfectly located 10km east of Gothenburg. There are numerous 'must visits' close-by:
- A swim in some of the lakes in Mölnlycke
- A hike in the forest close by
- Visit in Liseberg, Gothenburg´s famous amusement park
- Take the archipelago boat to some of the islands in Gothenburg´s archipelago.
- A visit to the island of Marstrand in Bohuslän archipelago
- Borås zoo, just 30 minutes away from Mölnlycke

Mölnlycke is a small town just 10 km from central Gothenburg. Bus to Gothenburg takes approx. 15 minutes. In Mölnlycke there is a small city centre just 500m from the house with restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc.
Mölnlycke is surrounded by forest and beautiful lakes. From the house you can reach at least 3 swimming lakes within 1km! There are also fantastic running and mountainbike trails close to the house.
