We will do our best for n unforgettable vacation in \"ALEGRIA VILLAS\" Complex Original: \"Alegria Villas\" Complex, Duplex Attached Maisonettes Complex With a sh. Swimming Pool by the beach with fantastic Sea View!!! ----------------------------------------------------------------- We are happy to welcome you, your friends and children to \"Alegria Villas\" Complex this Summer! Our Duplex attached Maizonettes consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room (can accommodate up to 3 guests), dining area, kitchen, balconies, etc. Each house is 150sq.m. in size and have been designed in traditional Zakinthian style in stone, the interior luxuriously styled and, of course, fully equipped throughout. There is also WiFi, parking and BBQ. The view from the balconies is magnificent overlooking the sea which is approximately 150-200. from the houses and there are three beaches: Plaka beach, Saint Nicolas and Banana beach. Furthermore a five minute drive by car or even by bike will take you to Gerakas beach which belongs to the National Marine Park where the world-wide famous Caretta-Caretta turtles lay their eggs. Approximately 100m. from Alegria there is access to tavernas, beach restaurants, mini markets, etc. etc. I am very happy to inform you that we have received several awards and recommendations from internationally renowned companies such as TRIP ADVISOR, TRIVAGO, HOLIDAYCHECK and Bookingcom, Hotelscome etc.., for one of the best villa complexes. In the beautiful , serene and natural environment, with olive trees, Cypress trees and pine trees , bananas trees and boukamvillias, a mere 200metres from the sea we have a new swimming pool for our guests ! The houses are of extremely superior standards. They have been built of stone and designed in traditional Zakinthion architecture, but with hi tech amenities. There is a barbecue, wifi and the swimming Pool. They can accommodate up to 7 persons and have 2 big bedrooms ,living area with fireplace and satellite television, 2 bathrooms, kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and all other necessary electrical equipment. All rooms have air conditioning . The use of local traditional materials such as stone, timber, bricks and other ecological materials produced on the island and also the exquisite interior decoration has been successful in creating an extremely relaxing haven. From the rooms and balconies the sea view is also exquisite. Olive groves, the never-ending Ionian Sea and last but not least, the sands that host the famous Caretta-Caretta turtles. Price: New Independent Villas with private pool ----------------------------------------------------- In the beautiful , serene and natural environment, with olive trees, Cyprees trees, banana and pine trees, and boukanvilleas a mere, 200m. from the sea, we have created an additional four new independent luxurious villas to complement the existing Alegria Villas Complex. They have private swimming pools and are of extremely superior standards. They have been built of stone and designed in traditional Zakinthion architecture, but with hi tech amenities (Luxurious)!! They have their own swimming pools, parking and private gardens measuring approximately 800 meters which have barbecues and ecological playgrounds for children. They can accommodate 6-10 persons and have 2 bedrooms, (3 of them have a third bedroom with Jacuzzi), 1-2 living areas with fireplace and satellite television, 1-2 bathrooms, 1-2 kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and all other necessary electrical equipment.
