They are ideal for families and for peacefull and unforgettable holidays.Pleasant vacations in quiet and friendly ambient , only 200m near the sea. Fully equipped and spacious apartments (self-catering) with two bedrooms that may accomodate up to 6 persons. Each apartment has 2 big bedrooms, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Also we offer baby cot, if it is needed. The apartments are comfortable, and afford air-conditions, televisions and wireless-internet. Also there is available a studio with one bedroom with ac and tv, kitchen and bathroom. he apartments have large verandas and balconies with a view to the sea. The complex is surrounded by a large garden with grass, trees and flowers. Garden well maintained for children to play. In the garden you can find barbeque, pergola, showers, card-telephone, washing machine, and a covered dining area ideal for dinner and overlooking the sea. It is 10km far away from the 'Argostoli', the island's capital. Near the complex there are tavernas, restaurant-bar-kafe, where you can enjoy traditional tastes. Also mini-markets, restaurants and hired-car can be found in the village. For more shopping you can go to Argostoli, the capital of the island, and find everything you want from the shops and the supper markets. Spartia has two golden beach areas. 'Thermadis' & 'Klimatsias' are both idyllic sandy beaches. 'Thermadi Beach' is a smaller one. It's about a golden exotic tiny beach with crystal clear blue waters which is accessible through a small paved path. 'Klimatsias Beach' is the biggest picturesque beach of Spartia with the large clay rock called 'Hatzoklis', a truly admirable natural phenomenon called 'Vrodismeni'. Town: Greece, Spartia, KefaloniaSpartia village is a pretty tradition sleepy Greek village which sits on a hillside above the beach. The village has pretty whitewashed houses with an abundance of attractive plants and colourful flowers decorate the gardens The village has a small village square surrounded with a few tavernas and a small shop close by. Spartia has a large church which seems to dominate the village. This quaint little village enjoys several wonderful tavernas, cafes and a mini-market.The area around the village is very fertile with copious amounts of olive groves, grapevines, and fruit trees .Most holiday accommodation is set amongst the pretty natural countryside. Spartia is an ideal base for those who enjoy sailing and windsurfing. To avoid pirate attacks many many years ago its narrow streets where laid out in a maize type fashion and high walls with tiny windows surrounded its houses. Sadly like practically all of Kefalonia the village was completely destroyed by the earthquake of 1953, the village was rebuilt as it is seen now, it still has those familiar narrow streets but its homes are now open and pleasant with gardens of many colourful flowers. The village council 'To Sparto' plays host to many festivals and activities held throughout the year. Whilst during the summer months one can find a selection of tourist facilities including hotel accommodation along side the bars and restaurants of the village.
