Description of objectVilla Mole is a superb sea view villa with private pool, located just outside the town of Polignano a Mare, just a few miles away from the main tourism attractions of Puglia. It lies at only 3 km from the sea and the centre of town, in the warmth of the sunny and quiet countryside of Apulia, surrounded by the 5000 sq metres of private land with every kind of fruit trees, tall pines and palm trees, and a characteristic rock garden. Villa Mole is set in a countryside not isolated, on the hills overlooking the sea of Polignano, where you will find a perfect temperature in every season.Villa Mole, which has a surface of 190 sm, is equipped with a magic Sea View 7x9 mt swimming pool, deep from 1,30 mt to 3 mt, where the blue of the pool merges with the blue of the sea! Around the pool there is a relaxing solarium- area paved in stone with comfortable sun-loungers and furnishing. There is also a furnished area whit a very large barbecue. A wonderful covered veranda with a large table just overlooking the sea, where to enjoy meals and to relax at the sight of a magical landscape. The property is completely enclosed with electronic gates,alarm system, parking area. A internet point is present in the house available to guests. Villa Mole is divided on two floor and can accommodate up to 10 people( 8 beds+ sofa bed): At ground floor there is one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. At the first floor there is a double bedroom, a room with 4 beds (twin/double bed plus a bunk bed), a bathroom whit shower/tub, a large living room whit sofa bed, and the wonderful large kitchen looking on the veranda and the sea. Every room is bright and airy; the house is equipped with TV, washing machine, independent heating, fireplace for barbecue. Each zone in Villa Mole, is immersed in the fragrances of the typical Puglia fruits of the garden, left at the guests disposal.
