The property is a terraced house part of an holiday village, very close to Stintino, in the North-West coast of Sardinia, just a few kilometers from Alghero Airport.
The house is very close to the beach, you can reach a lot of small beach on foot and also the lovely beach of Punta Negra.
The house has a kitchen provided of utilities such as fridge, freezer, oven; a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and bidet, and one double bedroom with king size bed.
Outside, there is a large veranda and a garden with barbecue, and outdoor shower. Free parking available.
The area is very quiet and relaxing, but at the same time is surrounded by various facilities and amenities such as restaurants, pizzeria and a public swimming pool. Supermarket, bakery, grocery stores are also very close and you can reach them on foot.
From the square of the village you can catch a bus to go to Stintino (1 kilometer) and to the famous beach “La Pelosa”, just 2 kilometers far.

Town: Italy, Sardegna, Stintino The enchanting old fishing village of Stintino stretches over two inlets with two harbours: the old marina named “minori” (Sardinian for small) and the new named “mannu” (Sardinian for large). During the summer season there are many forms of entertainment for the tourists and the locals, in particular the Latin Sail Regatta that takes place at the end of August. The museum of the Tonnara (a brutal tuna catch technique) located on the new harbour is worth a visit.
The beaches are the main attraction of Stintino, “La Pelosa Beach” is the most famous and with no doubt one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, facing the island of Asinara with crystalline water and very fine white sand. The other beaches in the area that must be visited are “La Pelosetta”, “Le Saline”, “Ezzi Mannu”, and for the lovers of the rocky coastline Capo Falcone is a must.
