Description of objectNew villas in residence with swimming pool and spectacular views of hills, mountains, gardens and sea.The villas are a new built (exspired in June 2011) are furnished with wooden furniture and style and is located in the hills and nearly a mile from the sea. Located nearly a mile from the village of San Nicola l\'Arena, sandy beaches of Trabia , rocky beaches of Altavilla such Lido Sporting, Shed or Norman Tower and a wide range of free beaches or bathing and animation.Do not miss all the comforts for a pleasant and enjoyable vacation: Sicilian specialty restaurants, nightclubs (Castello di San Nicola), entertainment, bars,clubs, cinemas, pizzerias, shops and malls and even fresh fish.The villa has private parking and pool and everything you need for your grill, barbecue. Bed linen, towels and kitchen equipment: plates, utensils, glasses are included in the price of accommodation.With a flat fee you can enjoy breakfast and / or lunch and dinner with all the traditional cuisine.Next to the villas on the one hand there is a riding where you can keep in shape riding, cycle trails, nature reserves .... and also near the tennis courts in the Torre Normanna and boating in San Nicola.In the other side there is the church of the Jesuit villa Nuza where Mass is celebrated every Sunday and to 300m there is a pizza restaurant, ice cream Villa Nosa. The best time to visit is May-June or September-October when the weather is still warm enough to relax on the beach but too hot to take in the sights.
