Description of objectOur villa is located at 5 minutes by walk from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of our area, ideal for the children. in the area there are pizzerias, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and first aid.
The house is certainly one of the nicest vacation rentals available in the area, is accessed by a private garden with trees, flowers and plants of herbs available at exclusive utilisation of guests, equipped with benches and a gazebo with tables and chairs for outdoor dining and a barbecue. Entry opens a lounge divided into two areas: the dining area, and living area with two single sofa beds and a double sofa bed. The second part of the house is accessed from inside a mini kitchenette fully equipped. On the side of the kitchen overlook the two double bedrooms served by air conditioners, ceiling paddle and private bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. home accessories include iron and ironing board and accommodation is also equipped with a small safe. For a small child, mosquito net cot and high chair available.
common services with landlady family’s are: a large kitchen block fully equipped under a pergola, a large outdoor shower with hot water, washing machine with space for hanging laundry, and parking. bed linen and towels for use at home and at sea included.
