Description of objectThe house is on 3 levels, the ground floor is with a bathroom and wc, modern kitchen and living room, spacious terrace plus balcony. Here is also one single bedroom, the other two single bedrooms are on the first floor, connected with the ground floor with interior stairs. Upstairs are also spacious double room with a balcony, a twin room and a bathroom. All rooms are air conditioined and have wifi connection and Tv sets, while in the living room you will find a PC with internet connection and flat screen Sat TV. The living room opens to the dining area and kitchen with a balcony. In front of the ground floor there is a terrace with sitting out table. On the level below you will find a room with table and chairs and bbq. The house is newly decorated, all furniture is brand new. The owners live in Pula centre and will be there for any help you might need during your stay in this comfortable house.
Location of objectThe house is in a quiet residential area near to a pine forest and only 15 minutes walk to the centre with open vegetable and fresh fish market, restaurants, bars, pedestrian area with famous Roman monuments.

Town: Croatia, Croatia, Pula Arena is the most visited one it is the 3rd largest preserved amphitheatre in the world, during the summer lots of different festivals, concerts and performances are on stage in Arena - a very special experience on the open air. Pula has the most beautiful beaches in the area - Golden cliffs (Zlatne stijene) and Punta Verudella being the most beautiful. You can explore the centre of the town and enjoy in fine dining or simple local \'konoba\' with fresh fish, prosciutto and homemade pasta. Some of the best exclusive restaurants are in this part of Istria, visit the tourist office in Pula for Istria gourmet gudie and must see places. We recommend Brijuni archipelago, reached by boat from Fazana, only 10 minutes drive away. Also, cape Kamenjak is a nature park with beautiful flora and hidden coves, 15 minutes drive away. Medulin has a long sandy beach, restaurants, bars, summer sports and aqua centre for children, 15 minutes drive away. The location of the house is perfect for exploring the vicinity but also all parts of Istrian peninsula, the main motorway through Istria starts from Pula and stretches to the Slovenian-Italian border, giving an easy and quick access to all wonderful Istrian towns, such as Rovinj, Porec, Motovun, Groznjan, Umag, Novigrad.. just to mention some of them. If you want to visit Venice, there are fast boats several times weekly that take tourists on one day trips to experience this extraordinary town in the neighbouring Italy. Istrian culture is strongly bonded to Italy, especially when it comes to food and wine, don\'t be surprised to have some of the best pasta meals of your life here in Istria, especially if they are accompanied with fresh seafood, local olive oil and Malvasia or Teran, typical Istrian wines. If you like horse back riding, there are several places in the area, for tennis lovers there are plenty of tennis courts, also a golf players can enjoy playing on Brijuni islands, where deers and peacocks roam freely on the golf course. Near Vodnjan, only 15 minutes drive away, a club Lighthouse with DJs from all over the world is open between May and September for the lovers of club music and dance. The area abounds with different festivals, fishermen\' nights, culinary and entertaining events of all kind, for all ages. You can come with a bus as there are good connections, local and regional, but having a car is recommended, especially as there is a private parking place in front of the house.
