Description of objectCharming apartment for rent in Valtura, quiet outskirt of Pula. It\'s a part of recently built new house, on the 1st floor with separated entrance. Appartments\' size is 40 m2 + 13 m2 of terrace with a spectacular sea view of the Kvarner bay. It is situated in the part of the settlement without traffic, in a miraculous green surrounding where you can find rest and accomodation one can just wish for.It consists of a bedroom with double bed, bathroom, living room with kitchen, entrance hall with wardrobe, and terrace. It is set for 3 to 4 persons, with the possibility of an extra bed for the fifth person. Apartment is suplied with a washing machine, dishwasher, microvawe oven, stove, refrigerator, tv-set and air conditioner. Free internet access is provided. Apartment is situated 8 km from the Pula city centre, 3 km from the international airport and 2 km from the sea. Bus station is 300 m away from the house. Many places of interest are close by: wild beaches of Southern Istria at cape Svetica (¦i¨an) where one can enjoy in a perfect solitude or with friends - far from noise and crowd, uninhabited magical Budava bay, world attraction – Kamenjak nature park , ancient Histrians\' archeological site Nesactium, wonderful local konoba (tavern), adrenaline park… Of course, there is the city of Pula which offers countless possibilities.
