Description of objectA XVII century house with terrace ans balcony, and views over the countryside to the islands of Elba, Montecristo and Giglio. The house, set on three floors, is in the centre of a 13th century hilltop village. The rooms are small and intimate. Ground floor: living/dining room; kitchen; one single bedroom with patio door and en-suite shower room with toilet. First floor: living room; shower room with toilet. Second floor: two bedrooms, one double with en-suite shower room and toilet, one twin. Central heating with nominal extra cost in early spring, autumn and winter. Washing machine. BBQ.Not suitable for children under three.
Location of objectThe house is at the end of a panoramic promenade, in a very private, quiet and beautiful spot. The property overlooks the courtyard. The English speaking owners normally stay in an adjacent house.
