Description of objectOur property is a two-storey building house that was built in the 18th century and was recently renovated to suit the contemporary requirements. It faces the central square of Irgoli , a picturesque town situate at 7 km from the Gulf of Orosei and from the Sardinian inland regions of Baronia and Barbagia.The house (1st floor) has one double bedroom, one fully furnished kitchen with living room with a sofa convertable in double bed, one bathroom with shower and a small terrace. The house faces a courtyard with external shower ideal if you want to refresh after a full day spent on the beach Location of objectConveniently located, it can be easily reached by the principal towns and places of interest in the region.It is well linked to Nuoro by a public bus service running on a daily basis; to Orosei town centre and \\\'Sa Marina\\\' beach. It is only at a 3 km distance from the motorway SS131 “Carlo Felice” if you wish to reach Olbia, Sassari, Nuoro and Cagliari. Town: Italy, Irgoli-Orosei, IrgoliIrgoli is a small and quiet town for going around. You will have to try very hard to get lost!!It has a population of approximately two thousand people and locals known as \\\\\\\'Irgolesi\\\\\\\' are very friendly and kind. It is an ancient community mainly of shepherds and peasants, that has cultural and historical attractions as well as strong traditions and hospitality. The houses and the churches bear silent witness to a rural culture and its religion, displaying some examples of a formal but modest Mediterranean architectural style: tiled roofs, courtyards, archways and belfries. Some good examples are the churches of “San Nicola di Bari”, Sant’Antioco, “La Madonna di Costantinopoli” and the country church of“San Michele”.
