Description of objectAn independent fully renovated garden house, surrounded by lemon trees, orange trees, a grapevine and a big flower and cactus garden. The house consists of one bedroom, kitchen, living room and one shower/wc room.The house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Ayios Dhometios ( a suburb of Nicosia), just 3kms away from the city centre. Its accessible on foot (not more than 25\\\\\\\' walk) as well as by bicycle which will be available for you in case you need it. The house is also very near to Ayios Dometios checkpoint (just 250m distance, 3 min walking), from where thousands of Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots pass over the line every day. In addition if you are lucky enough to be here on a Wednesday or a Sunday you will have the chance to enjoy a horse race since the house is situated exactly in the front of the main entrance of the Nicosia Race Horses Club. Several mini markets, bakeries, traditional tavernas, restaurants, take away, pharmacies are very close to the house. General description: There is a private entrance leading to the house through the garden and guests can have access to all amenities described. The house is completely independent but I am always willing to help. While respecting your privacy, i would love to share with you my knowledge about our beautiful island and assist you in everything you need. The old Nicosia city centre is in walking/cycling distance (3 km) accessible either on foot or bicycles which can be rented of the owners.
