Description of objectThe Central Suite is a recently renovated apartment (March 2015), 140 sqm , located on the 3rd floor. It is centrally located in Nicosia , within a short walk from restaurants , bars and shops .The location could not be more ideal ! Just five minutes walk from all historical points , such as the Museum , Leventis Gallery , Ledra street check point , bus station , and in other words the whole city on your doorstep . It is a perfect place for short – stay business people , families and coastal holidaymakers who want a comfortable place to stay in the island’s capital . It is an ample apartment , non smoking , elegantly decorated in Vintage Style with soft colours and neutral tones. It features : • A large living room and dining area, with a flat 40\' TV, HI-FI system for music and free WI-FI. Air condition / split unit, is available. • A fully equipped kitchen, also featuring a washing machine. Coffee and tea are also provided. • A bathroom with a shower cabin . Toiletries are also provided. • The Chateau room features 1 king size bed (180x200), with an extension to a separate room – office (with a printer) offering views throughout the city. A safe is available for valuable items. Air condition / split unit, is available. • The Green room features 2 twin beds (90x200). Hair dryer is provided .
