Ideal place to combine relax, enjoying the peace of the environment, and visits to nearby cities as Assisi, Orvieto, Foligno, Perugia, not to forget Rome, easy accessible in one hour driving or by train! The property goes together with one hectare land, with gardens, pine trees and fruit trees of all kind. Location of objectVilla situated 2 km off the centre of the picturesque village Magliano Sabina. From the villa, you can enjoy stunning views on the valley (gorgeous sunsets). The environment is green and hilly, with lots of vineyards, olive trees, fruit trees.
