Bastide de Sauveclare is located in the city centre of the Provencal village Lorgues, but has a realy private garden with a nice big swimming pool. The townhouse is nicely decorated and has a total living surface of 250m2 and is suitable for 8 persons. There are in total 5 bedrooms. De bastide is located on a private terrain of 620m2 and has a private swimming pool of 9x4,5m.Spacious entrance/hallway, on the right you have a big living kitchen with a dining table and open doors to the terrace and well maintained garden. In the kitchen you have several appliances like dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, gas stove, coffee machine and a washing machine. At the other side of the hallway you will have the living room with a sofa, 107inch flatscreen tv with an integrated stereo surround system (2:1), radio, Blue ray DVD, USB connection (mp3) and WIFI Internet. On the first floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms with a double bed (200x160) with quality matrasses. In the hallway on the first floor you have the bathroom with a wash basin, shower and toilet. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, which one is a big master bedroom with a double bed (200x160) and a single bed (190x90). The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds of 200x90. From this bedroom you have entrance to the 5th bedroom and this room has a double bed (200x160). These 3 bedrooms are sharing the 2nd bathroom and has a wash basin, shower and toilet. Pets are not allowed. Town: France, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur, LorguesThe beaches at the Mediterranean Sea and the beautiful nature of the Gorges du Verdon are just on 30km distance. In Lorgues and in the surrounded villages you will find the attractive food- and antique markets.
