This country house is set in the middle of Natural Park Gola della Rossa e di Frasassi, surrounded by mountains and farmland in an area of outstanding natural beauty. In a quiet setting, yet only few km drive from historic town of Fabriano and Jesi, Caves Frasassi, spa San Vittore, water park in Apiro ideal fun for all ages!! Courtyard with seating, garden furniture & bbq for guests use. Private parking adjacent.
The house has two sleeping areas: the first with 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom and two single bedrooms. The second sleeping area has 1 double bedroom with private bathroom and a cot.
Living room has sofa, armchair, dining table & chair to seat 12 & radio.
Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal.
Sitting area has double divan bed (sleeps 2), armachir and TV with DVD player.
Linen and towels are available on request.
Water, electricity and gas are included in the rent.
