It combines style and beauty, feelings and sophisticated country atmosphere of Africa and the Middle East. The rooms in our B&B are different and special to satisfy your needs. We can accommodate families in our cottage in a warm and elegant environment and at the same time we offer privacy and relax for couples or singles who want to experience the charming atmosphere of a Mongolian yurt. The name given to our B & B is exactly what you'll find: one of the best areas of central Italy where you can taste excellent wines, find out the best flavors of traditional italian cuisine and feed your soul in an incredibly sophisticated and natural environment where the only sounds you will hear are those of the surrounding nature. Location of objectWINEOffida is one of most important area for wine production in all the Marche region. The special location of our land between the Appenini mountains and the Adriatic sea makes the perfect environment for the wine production: very sweet and delicate grapes make our wines of an excellent quality. In Offida you can also find the Marche Winery Enoteca, in a beautiful building of 16Th century. The ' Enoteca Regionale ' ( this is the italian name) is the center of all the winery activities in all the region and it also the best place where you can taste all the wines of the area. The best way to appreciate the oenological heritage of the region it is visiting the regional wine shops and wine bars in Offida; Wine Routes combine wine aromas with charming hills and local specialities. There is a long tradition and an ample variety of spirits produced in the Marche Region. The best known is Anisetta Meletti (which give the name to the beautiful Meletti Cafe' in situated in amazing Piazza del Popolo in Ascoli Piceno center) made with anise spirits. Anise is of supreme quality and is produced in huge quantities in the province of Ascoli Piceno.We have also wines coming from rural traditions: Vin Cotto (cooked wine) in which the grape’s is boiling and Vin Santo (holy wine) produced after drying the grapes. FOOD Our ancient and rich culinary traditions has a cuisine with spices, fats, aromas from the sea and gems of the land, such as truffles. The culinary offerings of the Marche include traditional peasant fare and seafood, often reinterpreted for modern tastes, but without losing sight of the genuine, natural values we treasure, as well as the emphasis on quality. Pork is the main theme in inland cuisine; salami, ham, salsiccia and other delicious and tasty products. Several kinds of cheeses are made from cow’s and sheep’s milk, goat’s milk and mixed milk. We are also appreciated for its high quality meat. The meat of the cattle breed marchigiana and of the sheep breed are among the best,.There is a rich production of all major species of truffles, both white and black. Various types of pasta with some speciality appreciated all over the world.The olive oil of the Marche is slightly fruity and the tender Ascoli Olive is the best green olive in all the country. All over the world it is known not only in brine, but also fried and stuffed “all’ascolana” (Ascoli-style). Come and experience the beneficent comfort of homeliness in a Mongolian Yurt! Town: Italy, Offida, OffidaOffida is one of most beautiful village in Italy. The old town is enclosed within the ancient walls of the castle (XII century), the starting point of an ideal route through the streets and squares of the town, along a path which are monuments of great historical, artistic and architectural testimony of an illustrious past. In the main square stands the Town Hall, an elegant building dating from the eleventh and twelfth centuries, which still represents the heart of the administrative life of Offida. Inside the Town Hall Theatre near the Golden Snake, a true jewel of the Baroque conception of proscenium-type or, as commonly they say, Italian style, with a scheme to 'horseshoe'. The most important monument of Offida is the church of Santa Maria della Rocca, rebuilt in 1330 on a church of the eleventh century. In the San Francesco old convent is located the Enoteca Regionale delle Marche where you can taste the best wines of the region.
