Description of objectWhen making an enquiry can you please inform us how many people would be in your group andif you have any pets. Room layout : room 1) 1 double bed & ensuite downstairs (Used as a double ) sleeps 2 people room 2 ) 1 double ( sleeps 2 people ) room 3) 1 double bed and 2 single beds. ( used as a double/twin/triple room ) sleeps 4 people Located a mere stones throw from the waters edge, you are only 100 metres away and have direct access to a lovely stoney beach and the end of your lawn and overlooking Kenmare bay on the Rìng of Kerry, these well appointed cottage features quality furnishings and all modern conveniences. Sitting rooms - 42 inch TV with free to air. Kitchen - Oven/cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, chest freezer, Lots of cooking utensils. This is a 'home away from home' leads directly onto the water front and offers a rare opportunity to wake up to glorious views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. The Living room over looks Kenmare Bay and has a welcoming open fireplace. The open plan kitchen and dining room is equipped with modern equipment and traditional maple units. There is a spacious utility room to the rear of the house and a seperate WC. A double bedroom with en-suite is located on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms,One room has a double bed and we can put another fold out bed in this room if there is 8 people for the house ( please say this when booking) and a triple bedroom, and a WC with over bath shower. There are wooden floors throughout the cottage. Our Rates can start off as 350 euros a week/ weekends in the low season. In the summer rates are 750 - 850 Euros a week. ESB and Oil are metred and paid when leaving the cottages. We provide towels and bedding covers. Located only a few minutes drive from the nearby village of Cahedaniel ( 1 mile )and the local facilities for horse riding, fishing and water sports. It is ideally located to use as a base for fishing holidays. Course, fly and sea fishing are all available locally. Enjoy the senic walks to the historic Derrynane National Parks and its wonderful sandy beaches. It is a golfer's paradise located between the world famous golf courses of Waterville (10 km) and Parknasilla (20 km). If bring pets this should be discussed with house owner first.
