Description of objectKia Ora is a newly built, four bedroom, two storey house with hot tub on elevated section overlooking O\\\' Carroll\\\'s Cove and Kenmare Bay. It is two minutes walk from a safe sandy beach, pub and restaurant.Kia Ora has a large open plan, well equipped kitchen /dining room with french doors leading to a patio/bbq area and a large lawn. The kitchen leads to a cosy sitting room and on to a sunroom with an entrance leading to the hot tub room. There is a downstairs queen size bedroom and wc. Upstairs there is a large ensuite queen size room, a double and a twin room. The main bathroom is also upstairs.
Location of objectKia Ora is situated just off the N70 halfway between Sneem and Waterville. The entrance is directly opposite O\\\' Carroll\\\'s Cove beach bar and restaurant.
Town: Ireland, Caherdaniel, CaherdanielCaherdaniel is a picturesque village on the N70 ring of Kerry road. There are two pubs in the village and a grocery shop. The local parish hall holds a country market selling local produce. There is also a church in the village
