Description of objectThe ancient farm owners house is located in a small Appennino village, named Arsicci, which is 850m above sea level. The house has a front garden at ground floor and, at lower floor, a second garden giving access to the private wooded park with swimming pool. Fattoria di Arsicci is a large and comfortable house ideal for large families or group of friend families holiday. It is suitable for childrens (several cots are available), elderly and infirm.The main entrance of the farm owner house is through the ground garden and gives access to the living and dining room with a stone fireplace and radio-stereo system CD, to a wardrobe with laundry-shower room and to the old fashioned kitchen and breakfast room with fireplace. A staircase leads to the lower floor in the playing and TV room with a stone fireplace, the billiards and bar room, the children playing room, the reading room and toilets; all rooms communicate with the lower garden and the wooded park. From the ground floor entrance and the living room, two staircases lead to the upper floor where four king size bedrooms and one double bed room are located, each one with its private bathroom or shower room; at this floor are also located a three bed room and a studio with single bed. In the attic floor, there is a large entry room which gives access to another double bedroom (a third bed is possible) and to his private shower room. The front pine shaded garden is furnished with tables, chairs, seats for 24 and a large BBQ. The rear garden is connecting the house to the park and it is furnished with tables and chairs. The wooded park is 5000sqm large; rustic seats and table, orchestra end dancing platform, table tennis table are available in the park. The sunny swimming pool is 11m long, 5x1.5m deep. The pool side is furnished with loungers, umbrella and an outdoor shower. A small building with toilets is located near the swimming pool for changing purposes. Three mountain bikes are available, free of charge, for mountain biking in the nearby hills. A small ski lift and ski run are available on the Fumaiolo (12km), the Tiber spring mountain. Location of objectArsicci is located close to river Tevere springs. There are many marked panoramic paths of different difficulty level in the mountains surrounding the village. Arsicci is located close to the towns of Borgo Sansepolcro (the renaissance painter, Piero della Francesca, town), Monterchi and Anghiari. Many of the most important art towns in central Italy can be visited in one day trip, such as Assisi, Cortona, Gubbio, Perugia, Todi, Arezzo, Firenze,Siena, Urbino, Ravenna, San Marino, Rimini, San Leo and Sassocorvaro. There are also a multitude of fascinating castles, shrines and hermitages such as La Verna and Camaldoli.You may fully enjoy your holiday in the Fattoria di Arsicci but you can also enjoy external activities such as trekking on the surrounding mountains, there are many marked panoramic paths of different difficulty levels, documents are available for guests. You may also enjoy mountain biking (three mountain bikes are available free of charge), or riding, wind-surfing and sailing. Last but not least you may explore art towns and historical sites. A 30 minutes car run allows to reach the art towns of the upper Tiber valley such as : Sansepolcro (Piero della Francesca town), Monterchi (La Madonna del Parto), Anghiari (a jewel of midleages walled town) and Pieve Santo Stefano (the diaries town). Many of the most important art towns of central Italy can be visited in one day trip. On the Tuscany and Umbria side there are Assisi San Francesco town), Gubbio, Todi, Montefalco, Spoleto, Perugia, Arezzo, Cortona, Montepulciano, Firenze and Siena.
