Description of objectThe villa stays in a bigger village which envelopes 50 villas. It results the last villa of the village, so it\\\'s extreamely quite. The village has a big and beautiful swimming pool for the villas inhabitants. It\\\'s divided in two floors, which can, as a matter of fact, also be considered as two different houses, because each one is indipendent from the other one, having a dedicated cook and living rooms. The upper apartment consists in 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a very big veranda from which you can see the beautiful sea of \\\'Baia di Cala di Volpe\\\'. The veranda has a living area and a table for outside eating.
The downstairs apartment consists in: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big living room with a kitchen area and an outside veranda.
The house is surronded by gardens and typical Sardinian plants (such as Ulivo, Mirto etc.)
The villa owns a private covered car park, but there are many others free.
It\\\'s 800 m distant from the Abbiadori centre, in which you can find many shops. The closest seaside is Liscia Ruja, 2.5 km distant, but you can find many other beautiful beaches in the surrounding area.
