Description of objectThe apartment is located in Sliema, just 230 metres from the seafront and beautiful promenade, in a new building of self-catering holiday apartments (penthouses, 2 and 3 bedrooms flats), named Blue Waters, served with lift.The penthouse has a well equipped large front terrace and a smaller back terrace. The large terrace has a gas Bbq, deck chairs, and garden furniture. There are 2 bedrooms both with double beds. In the sitting room, there is a sofa bed for a child of up to 125 cm. The apartment has 1 bathroom. It is also fully equipped (including washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, pots, pans, fans, iron, iron board, Etc), furnished and fully air-conditioned (cooling and heating A++/a+++). Fast unlimited WiFi internet in all the rooms and IPTV with hundreds of Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge. Towels and bed sheets are also provided. Utilities Consumption Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0. 5 cubic meters of water per person per week 150 kWh per apartment per week 1 gas bottle per apartment per week These consumption references for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumption: ¤0.42 per kWh for electricity and ¤8.60 per cubic meter for water.
