Description of objectThis lovely two bedroom apartment is located on the seafront in St Paul`s Bay. The view from the balcony is enchanting....please refer to the attached images to see the nice view there is from this beautiful apartment.The apartment is served by lift and located directly on the seafront. The apartment has a large balcony overlooking the spectacular bay of St Paul\'s, which is characterised by the traditional colourful Maltese fishing boats called the ‘luzzu’. This apartment is fully equipped, highly finished and furnished. It has two bedrooms, a shower and a spacious kitchen dining living room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, cooker, toaster, kettle, all necessary cutlery and dishes. In the living there is a nice sofa and satellite television with over 1, 250 channels to choose from! There is also free WIFI in the apartment. In the apartment you will find washing machine, iron and iron board & fans in all the rooms. It is very relaxing and romantic to sit in the living room or on the balcony to enjoy dinner facing the sea and at the same time watch the sunset. Location of objectThe apartment is very well located in a residential area, but close to the touristic town of Bugibba. Shopping amenities like pharmacies, banks, food stores, good restaurants, wine bars are all within walking distance from the apartment.Just across the road there is a reserved swimming zone and the best sandy beaches like Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay, Armier Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha etc are close by too. A beautiful countryside is within minutes from the apartment and one can make long walks or picknicks. One can also enjoy a nice relaxing walk on the promenade by the sea and maybe stop and have an ice cream on the waterfront. The bus stop is also in the same street and visiting all Malta is very easy and cheap. If one likes to hire a car, there is ample free on street parking. From a nearby jetty you can take ferries or day cruises to the other smaller islands of the Maltese archipelago. The apartment is also close to \'Cirkewwa\', this is the place from where the ferry leaves to the sister island of Gozo and Comino. They are a must see since there you will also find amazing beaches like the Blue Lagoon, Ramla Bay, Dwejra, etc. Town: Malta, St Pauls Bay, St Pauls BaySt Paul’s Bay is one of Malta’s fishing villages still well preserved, full of the colorful Maltese fishing boats. The newer areas are lively touristic resorts, full of all the entertainment one can imagine, for all ages and tastes. Utilities Consumption Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0. 5 cubic meters of water per person per week 150 kWh per apartment per week 1 gas bottle per apartment per week These consumption references for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumption: ¤0.42 per kWh for electricity and ¤8.60 per cubic meter for water. The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay. Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Usual estimation is euro 60/80 per month. Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge.
