The street is a succession of early twentieth century buildings with palms and trees on the edge of San Lorenzo neighborhood ( a lively area beloved by students, artists and artisans, with a cosy atmosphere that reminds the more ancient Trastevere) and it\\\'s just 400 mt far from La Sapienza University, 3 minutes by foot. To one side of the building is a lovely little square with a public garden, along the other side there are the beautiful and ancient Aurelian walls. The apartment overlooks two quiet courtyards with a condominium-lined gardens, this is the reason why it\\\'s so silent even if in the very centre. Well connected to public trasport: bus stop in front of the main entrance, underground station at 10 minutes walk. Location of objectThe apartment is in historical centre district of San Lorenzo, between Coliseum and central station Termini. This district is often related to Trastevere for its lively and youthful atmosphere : during night swarm with people in and out of wine bars, of high quality restaurants and of characteristic ‘trattorie’.In day time the district make over, the historical market place take place, the atelier open the rolling shutter, bars beside footpaths are crowded with students and tourist having cups of coffee.
