The “Trulli”, the “Junior suite/La casetta” are surrounded by 10,000 square metres of land, including a fruit orchard and a home-grown organic vegetable garden. We have a small library for the enjoyment of those who love quiet and solitude. Birds chirping are the natural background sound of our days in Parco della Vigna. The weather is always sunny yet fresh. Even in the thick of August you will never be hot in Parco della Vigna. Actually, you may want to pack a light sweater or a shawl for the evenings. The proximity to both Adriatic and Ionian Sea (20 or 30 minute-drive at the most) will give you easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches in Southern Italy and further enrich your stay with us.You will also enjoy the richness of local traditions: including local culinary festivals, traditional events and concerts organized throughout the spring and summer months in the Valle d’Itria. Martina Franca, in the heart of the Valle d’Itria, has long been a favourite destination for tourists from all around the world…You have to try it to believe it! Parco della Vigna is located near the public park Bosco delle Pianelle. Rentals are on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis. “Trullo” is a traditional Apulian dry stone dwelling with a conical roof. Their style of construction is specific to the Itria Valley, in the Murge area of the Italian region of Apulia. Trulli were originally constructed as temporary field shelters and storehouses or as permanent dwellings by small proprietors or agricultural labourers. In Parco della Vigna there are 3 separate and recently renovated homes: the “White Residence”, the “Junior suite/La casetta” and the “Trulli”, originally built in 1700. The Trulli structure is composed of three cones, sleeps four people and has an independent bathroom and a kitchen. The White Residence is a traditional peasant dwelling built in tufa stone on hard rock with three rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. The White Residence can host up to six people, 4 of whom in independent rooms. The Junior suite/La casetta can host 3 people. The apartments are furnished and the kitchens are fully equipped. Charges include electricity, gas and water expenses. It is recommended that you bring your own car.
