Small gracious balcony on a very commercial street, where you will find all goods and services within five minutes walk: in the same block you have supermarket, restaurant, butcher, bakery, tobacconist, confectionery, pizzeria, wine shop, pharmacy, pubs, bars, up to hairdresser, art gallery, optician's shop and jewellery.
