The Studio has a balcony with a nice view of the sea. Last but not least the sanitarium operating year-round made St. Vlas a preferred all-season tourist destination and thus one of the most popular property markets in Bulgaria. Near the complex there are many cafes, cozy restaurants, shops and entertainment that will make your stay fun and memorable. If you would like to be picked up on arrival, transfers can be arranged from the airport (Varna, Burgas, Istanbul) to the complex, or in both directions. Location of objectThe name Sea Breeze is very much inspired by its location as the complex profits eminently from special natural conditions which offer an extremely healthy combination of sea and mountain climate.Sea Breeze is placed at the southern Bulgarian Black Sea coast in the newest part of the costal village Sveti Vlas, bordering on the biggest Bulgarian sea resort Sunny Beach. As a result of its central location within the beautiful bay between the ancient town of Nesebar and Cape Emine, all the holiday recourses of the so called Bulgarian Riviera are easily accessible – by shuttle bus, taxi or by feet on the new beach promenade. There are also boats going between the brand new yacht port of St. Vlas and the marinas of Sunny Beach and Nesebar. Bourgas and its international airport can be reached within a 30 minute drive. The gap between the two places is shrinking as more hotels and holiday apartments are built along the coast. Sveti Vlas lies at the northern end of a bay which has Sunny Beach in its middle and the ancient town of Nesebar at its southern end. The marina with its clubs and restaurants has become famous among the wealthier people in Bulgaria, and expensive cars like Ferraris and Porsches can frequently be seen.
