The property is suited to people wanting to experience the ample night life in Sunny Beach, as well as people wanting to relax. There is a fantastic restaurant and bar on the street and there are all types of restaurants within a 5 minutes walk.

The beach is only a 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is in a quiet and peaceful location but if you want to try out the nightlife it\\\\\\\'s only a 15 minute walk to the resort centre.

The apartment itself is newly built and finished to a very high standard inside. It is very modern and has a very spacious living area and bedroom. It has air conditioning, a TV, DVD player and CD player. It has a modern fully-equipped kitchen and all towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment.

It is situated on the 3 rd floor and has patio door which open out on to a small terrace which overlooks a swimming pool.
