Seashells 1 bedroom apartment near to Bugibba city centre and promenade.

This brand new charming 1 bedroom apartment is located just 140 mt from the promenade (seafront) of Bugibba in St Paul’s Bay.

It is located in a block of self catering holiday apartments (penthouses, 1 and 2 bedroom flats).

This 55 sqm apartment is composed of 1 bedroom (3 single beds), sleeping area with 2 single beds, one bathroom with shower, kitchen dining and living area with double sofa bed and extra bed. It can accommodate up to 8 people.

Lift to all floors, just 3 steps at the ground floor.

Fans are provided in each room. A big gas heater and electric heaters are also provided in Winter. Towels and bed sheets are provided

Bugibba is one of the most beautiful villages in Malta. The flat is located in a quiet area, just 150 mt from the promenade, where a nice rocky beach is ideal for jumping into the sea.

Bugibba has a busy town centre full of shops, banks, pharmacies etc. There one might find more bars, restaurants (also Mc Donalds and Pizza hut) and diving and water sport centres. Ferries to remote beaches and islands like Comino and Gozo leaves from the Bugibba Jetty (just 300 meters away from the flat).
The flat is also close to the best sandy beaches like Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay (15 minutes by bus).

• Please, note that the price in this website is for 2 people. Price for Extra guest is 10 euros per person.
• On arrival, we require a deposit against damages of €150. The rest is refunded to the guests before they leave the apartment after property inspection. For big young groups, the refundable deposit is of €50 per person.
• There is a National Environmental Contribution Tax of €0,50 per person per day (up to a maximum of Euro 5,00 per person per stay) that is also payable on arrival.
• The apartment can be used only for residential purposes.
• No smoking inside the flat.
• No pets.
• No parties, events or loud noise.
• No 'Lost & Found' party goers.

Utilities Consumption

Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below:
0. 5 cubic meters of water per person per week
150 kWh per apartment per week
1 gas bottle per apartment per week

These consumption references for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week.

If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumption:
€0.42 per kWh for electricity and €8.60 per cubic meter for water.

The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay.

Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Usual estimation is euro 60/80 per month.

Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. IPTV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels).
