Description of objectThe apartment is 88 metre square apartment, having 2 bedrooms, living kitchen dining, spare bathroom and main bathroom. When one opens the main door, one is approached with a large room that hosts the kitchen living and dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances that include microwave oven, electric oven, fridge freezer, gas hob and hob extractor. At the middle of the room one finds a large dining table rounded with chairs. The room is luminated with highly decorative chandeliers and led operating energy saver bulbs.
On the rear left hand side there is a spare toilet. The spare toilet comprises of a toilet and a wash hand basin with hot and cold water. The room then leads you to a very large balcony that boasts splendid sea views up to the horizon.
When you walk inwards facing the corridor towards the living room one could not miss the highly decorative gypsum wall unit that captures your attention. The wall unit include a flat screen T.V, telephone and ADSL Wi-Fi equipment that provide internet facilities that broadcast throughout the apartment.
The corridor is highly decorated and on the left hand side one finds a large bathroom. The bathroom includes shower, large basin, toilet and full size bath. The room is very large and also has an automatic washing machine.
The next two rooms comprise the two large spaces. The spare bedroom comprises of a large wardrobe, side wardrobes two spare beds. This also extends further to an open area where one could utilise also as a study room.
The last room is a large bedroom having a matrimonial full size bedroom a baby bed, full sized wardrobe and side wardrobes. This room also leads to a corner window facing sea views. The room then leads you to a balcony that includes a basin having cold and hot water as well ample space where one could hang clothes.
