Description of objectVilla Armin is a complex that consists of a main house and a guesthouse. The villa is situated in Pärnu County, about 7 km from Pärnu, quite close to the Pärnu River and it makes it an ideal place for fishing.
The villa was built in 2010 and both the main house and the guesthouse have 2 floors. Sauna and quest house have 5 beds (2 single/1 single +king size double) + sofas. In the main house (2 single/1 single + bunk bed for 2 children/1 double+2 single/king size extra large double + 2 single) + 2 sofas. Altogether accommodation for 16 + 4 people.
There are sleeping places for 5 adults + 2 children in the guesthouse. So in total the maximum amount of guests is 15 adults + 4 children.
In the 160 m2 sized main house there are 4 bedrooms and in the 50 m2 sized guesthouse - 2 bedrooms. In the main house the sleeping places are divided as follows: 1st bedroom - 2 single beds, 2nd bedroom - 1 double bed + bunk beds for 2 children, 3rd bedroom - 1 extra large double bed + (room for extra 2 single beds) and there is also an option for 2 persons to sleep on a comfortable sofa bed. In the guesthouse the sleeping places are: 1st bedroom - 2 single beds, 2nd bedroom – a large double bed and also an option for 1 adult + 1 child to sleep on sofa beds.
There is a spacious and a very beautiful garden, a trampoline, a children\'s playground with swings, slides and a sandbox, a barbecue corner, a smoke oven with an outside fireplace and a barrel sauna in the yard. There is also a separate sauna building with a wooden sauna stove. The villa was nominated for the most beautiful house in Estonia 2011 and it won the 3rd place.
The kitchen in the main house is well equipped. There is a kettle, a coffee machine, an oven, a stove, a freezer, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a dining table for up to 8 people and a children’s high chair (can be available). There is also a steam sauna and a Jacuzzi, 2 terraces and air-condition. If needed there is enough room to add extra beds on a request. Tents and camps are also allowed with no extra charge. In the villa there is a TV, a DVD player, a CD player, a radio stereo, a satellite TV, an Internet connection (Wi-Fi) and a washing machine. Pets are also allowed in the villa.
Location of objectIt is also possible to rent vacation equipment such as fishing equipment, bikes, outside games etc. Lighted ski tracks can be found about 2 km away, Pärnu River is 300 meters away and an inside swimming pool is about 7 km away. Stables for horse riding are situated about 10 km away, as well as canoeing – about 10 km away and the nearest golf course is 11 km away.
