Description of object

The apartment is fully equipped, furnished, air-conditioned, blessed by a lot of light, and very airy. It can accommodate up to 14 persons, ideal for a large group of friends or family gathering.

This apartment is blessed by a lot of light and is very airy. It has a wonderful layout with a central combined kitchen-dining-sitting room, that has big windows overlooking 2 big internal yards and gets lots of light all throughout the day.

The main bedroom is at the back of the property and has a big bay window overlooking the prestigious Portomaso residential and upmarket shopping complex.

The second bedroom is in the central part of the apartment and has 2 single beds. At the front of the property, there is an extra massive 3rd bedroom, which has a lot of space for extra beds.

This apartment has 2 WC, one with bath and one with shower.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, gas, and electric heating and fans, and is also fully air-conditioned.

Fast unlimited WiFi internet in all the rooms and IPTV with hundreds of Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge.

Towels and bed sheets are also provided.

Location of object

Smoking is possible on the parapet terrace at the entrance of the building block. This apartment does not have terraces or balconies. This apartment only has windows. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment

St Julians has a very long promenade. The promenade is one of the island’s most popular, and a leisurely walk along it will take you to Sliema. On the way, be sure to stop by one of the many restaurants and cafés for a true taste of typical Mediterranean living as you watch the world go by.

Busses pass frequently as St Julians and make it easy to get around the island.

Alternatively, if you fancy something a little more far-flung, Malta’s most popular sandy beaches, including Mellieha Bay and Ghajn Tuffieha in the north of the island, are just a 30-minute drive away.

• Please, note that the price in this website is for 2 people. Price for Extra guest is 10 euros per person.
• On arrival, we require a deposit against damages of €50 per person. The rest is refunded to the guests before they leave the apartment after property inspection.
• There is a National Environmental Contribution Tax of €0,50 per person per day (up to a maximum of Euro 5,00 per person per stay) that is also payable on arrival.
• The apartment can be used only for residential purposes.
• No smoking inside the flat.
• No pets.
• No parties, events or loud noise.

Utilities Consumption

Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below:
0. 5 cubic meters of water per person per week
200 kWh per apartment per week
1 gas bottle per apartment per week

These consumption references for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week.

If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumption:
€0.42 per kWh for electricity and €8.60 per cubic meter for water.

The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay.

Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Usual estimation is euro 60/80 per month.
