Description of objectThe generously designed apartment is located in the oldest part of the terraced houses. With its 58 sq metres, it provides room for 2+2 persons. The living room is also furnished with an open fireplace and a convertible sofa to sleep. From the window, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Val d’ Arno (River Arno Valley) as far as Arezzo. The modern kitchen is completed by a large dining table that affords seating for four persons. It is fitted out with a glass-ceramic cooking zone, an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and dishes. The kitchen opens invites creative cooking of the delicacies brought home from the market.
The modern bathroom (with spacious shower, WC, bidet and a granite washbasin) is tiled with travertine stone. The antique furniture, including an impressive double bed 2x2 m, conveys the charm of the past. From the bedroom, you can see the gently curved Chianti Hills and the Val d’ Arno (River Arno valley).

The olive property, which receives its first mention in the year 1200, was affectionately restored by us with consideration of the old built volumes and the nationaltypical building method and lit up today in new gloss. Immersed in olive groves, vineyards and woods the property with its bent natural stone houses extends on a comb into 500 meters height with beautiful panorama view of the pictorial chianti hills and the Val d'Arno.
