Description of objectSanta Cristina is the name of the property where this modern house has been recently built. It has a garden and a pool in the green of the Val di Chiana, not far from the center of Monte San Savino, a mediaval village of great beauty and history with a long gastronomical tradition. The garden is completely closed and the pool is modern and well equipped, parking inside the property. The house has a large sitting room with fireplace at the ground floor, the kitchen and a bathroom. A nice staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Santa Cristina is 2 km far from the centre of the town and 1,5 km from a supermaket where you may find everything you need (meat, fresh fish, cheese, milk, bread, vegetables etc.) and other shops. The house is well equipped in order to assure the best and restful holiday for a family or a group of friends who want to enjoy Tuscany in the best possible way.
Monte San Savino is easy to reach from many different roads and from the highway A1 (Autostrada del Sole) exit : Monte San Savino, 12,5 km south from Arezzo. From Santa Cristina you can easily reach (back and forth in a day) Arezzo, Florence, Siena and the Crete (clay hills) the Monte Oliveto Maggiore Abbey, Lucignano, Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino, Spello, Perugia, Assisi, the lake Trasimeno, the thermal baths of Rapolano, Poppi, Chiusi della Verna and tens of other places worth your trip and interest.
