In direct vicinity to the sea in south-eastern Sicily the white and blue row homes „Dolce Mare“ are located. Seven new apartments are accommodated here and offer every modern comfort. Each apartment has a separate entrance (apart from Dolce Mare 6 and 7), one parking space in the garage, a terrace resp. balcony and an outdoor shower. Each on them has two bedrooms which comfortably sleep four people. In the kitchen living with sofa bed there is satellite-TV and a new fitted kitchen. Beyond that there is a shower bath. The living space of the apartments ranges between 50 and 60 m². The living- and bedrooms have air-conditioning, that can also be used as heating. The sea is separated from the apartments by a slightly trafficked road. Yet the popular sea resort can get loud in July and August. In about 100 m you will find the sandy beach of Marina di Modica. The air-conditioned „Dolce Mare 1“ boasts a large terrace with outdoor shower, 1 double room, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 1 kitchen living with satellite-TV and 1 shower bath with washing machine.

Location of object

The sea resort of Marina di Modica is especially popular with surfers and windsurfers. The wide sandy beach is also very attractive for sun-seeking. In the evening the town offers a lot of places for a night out during the summer months – from restaurants to pubs to discos. In the months July and August it may be a bit turbulent. The main town Modica is about 20 km away and divided in upper and lower town. The late-baroque architecture and the narrow streets invite you to stroll and marvel.
