Description of objectSpend your holidays at the seaside.Very nice apartment for rent, a short walk to the town centre and the Promenade Raganzino. It has a very good position for those who want to enjoy their holidays in relax without taking the car because all services are at your fingertips. The summer apartment has private entrance and comprises kitchen, a large double bedroom in which is possible to add a single bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom. It can cater for up to 5 persons. The property is surrounded by 90 sq m of garden where you can spend your evenings outdoor; therefore it is ideal also for families with children. The house is equipped with TV, air-conditioning and washing machine. The rental price includes expenses for water, electricity and gas (up to 85 Kw/per week). Bed linen and towels (optional) are not included (¤ 15,00 per person). PS: Guests are asked to leave the apartment in good cleaning conditions, otherwise ¤ 35,00 will be required for final cleaning.
