We designed our spacious 2 bed room unit, with living room, to be the perfect home for Modern Filipino Living which could house 6 comfortably.
The living room is wide enough so that you never feel you are trapped inside the usual stifling hotel room, thus making it perfect for guests who wish to simply stay in and cosy up on our sofa bed and internet surf on our private high speed WIFI all day. It also has a large glass dining table which can fit 6 comfortably in our carefully crafted rubber wood chairs.
The kitchen comes complete with a built in touch screen stove, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator which is large enough to house all the groceries and goodies you usually need for home.
Our modern lighting fixtures which outline the premises were chosen to suit good taste, as well as to allow an illuminating experience. Each bathroom carries a frosted glass shower enclosure and plenty of fresh towels.
The rooms are further defined by art works which capture the cosmopolitan side of the Philippines, as well as the lush greenery of its rich islands and white sandy beaches. Finally, each room carries its own regularly serviced air conditioner so that you can enjoy the luxuries of Modern Filipino Living without the sticky humidity.

Alcove Apartments are centrally located in the heart of Makati, the business district of the Philippines. They are placed within walking distance (either a minutes’ walk or a seconds walk away, depending on the Alcove) from either the Greenbelt Mall or Glorieta Mall Complexes, both complexes carry a plethora of interesting cuisine from across the globe, world class shops, and other entertainment. All apartments are also in close proximity to Ayala Avenue, the Philippines’s equivalent of Wall Street.

Makati lies roughly in the middle of all the action in Manila. Historic Intramuros (the walled city of the Spaniards) and Chinatown are around 30-45 minutes by car. Ermita / Malate (a cultural and artistic centre for centuries) is around 30 minutes away by car. Newly minted shopping and entertainment zone, Fort Bonifacio, is around 15 minutes away by car. The International Airport is around 30-40 minutes away by car. (As you can tell from the travel times, Makati is close to everything. What delays most car trips is the inevitable traffic.)
