It offers simply furnished apartments overlooking the garden and mountains. Each apartment has 1 guaranteed outdoor parking place. The apartment comes with carpeted floors, a bathroom with shower, and a seating/dining area with flat-screen TV and kitchenette. Wi-Fi is free in public areas.There is also an on-site bar with Sky TV and a number of nearby restaurants. The spa includes a sauna and solarium, and massages can be requested. The Rio Falzè provides free private parking and can assist with the booking of mountaineering excursions. The Residence is located near Golf Club Campo Carlo Magno - less than a 5-minute drive away A week stay in a flat in the Rio Falze\' Residence,whic can accomodate from four to six people. The flat is fully furnished and has a living with a small kitchen and a fridge. The available dates are: from July 19th 2014 to July 26th 2014. Or from July 26th to August 2nd 2014. It is possible to rent the flat for the two weeks without interruption. In that case a special discount will be applied.
