Our beautiful apartament,recently,totally restored is the perfect starting point for the 5 terre, Portovenere and all the La spezia\\\'s unique surroundings.
It\\\'s in the centre of the city, far 5 minutes of a lovely walking to ferry to the sea destinations.
Station is 10 min. by walking or 5 min by bus (bus stop on the corner of the street)
Attractions, museums, stores and restaurants in zone, supermarket under the house.
You have just to forget everything and enjoy the holiday, we will think to the rest.

Once you get in the apartment you\\\' find 2 doors.
One for the first room the other for the second.
bathroom is in the middle of the two even if they\\\'re completely independent.
We can host 4 person and this is perfect for a family of four or for two couple of friend.
