Our house lays in (klick to see it on googlemaps) Legnaro, a small villige belonging to the city of Levanto al Mare (Province La Spezia, region Liguria /Levante), the house is imbedded in an ensemble of the tradtional architekture: a romantic ligurian mountain village above the street to Monterosso, with a overwelming view on the ligrurian sea, the valley of Levanto and on the Cinque Terre national parc and the promontory Punte Mesco. It is the last house in the village, so that the balcony/terrace is protected from views an You may have an good view on olive, wine, lemon trees which are growing on stone wall terraces directly around our house. The position of this house can be discribed without exeggeration as unique.
1 double sleep (in the greater sleepingroom), 2 single sleeps (in a very small sleppingroom) 1 double sleep sofa, ( in the big room upstairs ) in the same room there is also a double sleep on a gallery, downstairs a living room with the library, TV set , stereo, sofa table and two seats.
Location of objectOur holiday house is a private, well kept house owned by our familiy and ist no anonymous objekt of an angency, it was owned by an former oliveoil framer, ist about 150 years old and was reconstructed acording to the rules of landscape protection.It was completly rennovated in 2008. The house is furnitured with taste and well equipped, middleeuropean sleeps slatted bedframes and good new mattrasses , a complete kitchen for full cooking with all You need to prepare an good ligurian meal, white dishes and complete kitchentools, new laundry, new fridge, natural gas stove, dishwasher, Sat- TV (german Astra, with CNN and BBC), natural gas heaters, library of guides and various italian authors. But there ist no unnessary luxury like, microwave, pool, garage, sauna, whirlpool etc.
Town: Italy, Cinque Terrre, LevantoLevanto, the door to the Cinque Terre, ist a small Italian city with normal daily life an not only a tourist museum, nice little shops, restaurants and bars in all categories, a daily market with fish and vegetables, a wide beach, a tennisground, marina, diving and sailing scool and hiking and mountainbike tracks. A 5 minutes ride by trian give You access to the natinal Park and world landscape Heritage Cinque Terre, with its protectet sea and great landsacpe. You can also start hiking directly from our house.

Additional Information!! Please be aware that the house cannot be reached with a normal car. You have to transport Your luggage about 50 meters on a well lit stairway from the sstreet to the house.The parking (very important!) beside the road Levanto Monteross is included in the price for one car european size!
