Description of objectWelcome to Gulfport/Biloxi, Mississippi known for its white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. If golfing, casino\\\'s with upscale dining, concerts, shopping and shows or fishing, seafood, festivals and leisure travel is your pleasure then this part of the country is right for you!This is a fully furnished two bedroom /2.5 bath condo about 1 mile from the beach. A short drive will put you on the white sand beach and the warm Gulf of Mexico waters. The condo comes with all the amenities you would need and comforts of home. -Complete cookware (pots, pans, bake ware) -Coffee maker, crock-pot, toaster and microwave -Full size Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Dish washer -Dishes, glasses, cups and cutlery -Bed linen and extra blankets - Complete set of towels - Central Air conditioner and heating unit - Ceiling fans - Patio with table and chairs The units have two queen size beds, a flat screen TV and a sofa and love seat along with kitchen table and chairs. There is a full bathroom upstairs in the main bedroom with an oversized shower / tub combination. Also has a deck outside the bedroom with table and chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or your favourite drink in the late afternoon. The second bedroom also has its own bath with shower / tub combination. There is also a half bath located on the first floor. There is new front load washer and dryer located in the unit. This unit is perfect for two couples sharing or family with children. Parking is available right in front of the unit. If you like casino\\\'s you are a short distance to the Beau Rivage, Hardrock or Treasure Bay. There are a number of places to eat close to the condo and not far to the supermarket. You are less than a 5 minute drive to the mall or one of our oldest golf courses and less than 1 hour away from New Orleans. The condo is well kept with tasteful decorations has a first floor with living, dining, kitchen and half bath. The second floor has two bed rooms and two full bathrooms. The condo is an end unit and is well insulated from any neighbour noise. This is a non-smoking, no pet’s condo which should be a great fit for people with allergies to animals or smoke. The unit comes with full cable TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi internet. All utilities are included in the price of the unit. There is a ceiling fans located in the living room and both bedrooms along with many other upgrades included.
