Description of objectThis is a fully furnished two bedroom /1.5 bath condo right across the street from the beach. A short stroll of about 3 minutes will put you on the white sand beach and the warm Gulf of Mexico waters.The condo comes with all the amenities you would need and comforts of home. -Complete cookware (pots, pans, bake ware) -Coffee maker, crock-pot, toaster and microwave -Full size Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Dish washer -Dishes, glasses, cups and cutlery -Bed linen and extra blankets - Complete set of towels - Central Air conditioner and heating unit - Ceiling fans - Patio with table and chairs The units has two queen size bed, a flat screen TV and a sofa and love seat along with kitchen table and four chairs. There is a full bathroom upstairs with two sinks and has a shower / tub combination. There is also a half bath located on the first floor as you enter the condo. There washer and dryer located in the unit. The complex has two swimming pools and a small work-out area and a playground for children. Parking is available. If you like casino\'s you are in walking distance to the Beau Rivage, Hardrock or Treasure Bay casino or you can take a casino hopper tram which picks up right in front of the condo community. There are a number of places to eat within walking distance and not far to the supermarket. You are less than a 5 minute drive to the mall or one of our oldest golf courses and less than 1 hour away from New Orleans. The condo is well kept with tasteful decorations has a first floor with living, dining, kitchen and half bath. The second floor has two bed rooms and a shared bath. You can relax by utilizing the table and chairs on the back 10X10 concrete patio. This is a non-smoking, no pet’s condo which should be a great fit for people with allergies to animals or smoke. The unit comes with full cable TV, DVD player and high speed Wi-Fi internet. All utilities are included in the price of the unit. There is a ceiling fans located in the unit along with many other upgrades included.
