On your left is a single and a double bedroom, both with balcony, and a small room with the washing machine. On your right is the bathroom (with a bathtub), the living room and the kitchen. At the living room is a large balcony with spectacular views of the harbour and the small island just opposite. A small board separates the living room from the fully fitted modern kitchen - including a dishwasher.
The house is complete with air-conditioning, double windows, central heating, electric shutters, TV and elevator. The high quality, stylish furnishings, the magnificent view of Mirabello Bay from the balconies make it a delightful apartment to rent, a wonderful home in Crete.

If you prefer a sandy beach, there is another one, also awarded, 400 meters on the left. The city center is just 500 meters where you can see the unique beauty of the \"bottomless lake\", or museum, or the port and the coastal line, or simply enjoy the cosmopolitan nightlife of St. Nicholas.
