Description of objectThe living room is spacious (51 s.m.), and evokes a romantic atmosphere with its antique furniture.It combines a sitting room, which is large enough to accomodate two people comfortably, with a dining area and a well equipped kitchen. It has comfortable lounge furniture; 28” LCD satellite TV, home cinema/stereo, free Wi-Fi Internet connection, telephone and a fireplace. The villa is well insulated and fully air – conditioned. Its orientation (south to southwest) secures the ideal amount of sunshine for the whole season. Villa Phaedra has two comfortable bedrooms with their own bathrooms.The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other bedroom has a bathroom equipped with a shower opposite to it. Both bathrooms are tiled with white marble. The large terrace area (95 s.m.), which offers its guests much needed privacy, has a private pool 8x4 s.m., a sunbathing area with a parasol and sun lounges. Those who enjoy dining alfresco can take advantage of the wooden gazebo and the marble table placed in it (barbecues are available upon request). The patio swing offers a unique view of the now world famous Aegean sunsets. Location of objectIstron villas are high-quality modern houses each with its own pool, suitable for couples, families of all ages, as well as groups of friends.Istron villas can accommodate 2, 4, 6 or 8 persons (1, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms).
