Description of objectThe Chalet is located at the limit of the wood, is the last house on the village and has the highest position around.We have a 4000 m2 yard , one horse, few cows, few sheep\'s that can be visited for free ( depends on season .. on summer all the animals are sent on mountains and we collect cheese ). Inside the house we offer you all the conditions you need for a perfect stay. The house is fully equipped : Satellite TV, PS3+Games, WIFI Internet, Audio System, Different games ( monopoly , twister ... cards and more ). You can walk to mountains ( we can find a guide ), make offroad ( we offer a car and atv) , fishing trips to Vidraru Lake on Transfagarasan ( 30 km away ). Horse riding also available on request. We can arrange with someone to cook local eco food for you . Depends on season, there are different attractions Location of objectThe name, literally The Court upon Argeș refers to the former status of the town as the capital of Wallachia.One of the oldest towns in Wallachia, Curtea de Argeș was the capital of a small local state which was the start for the unification of the lands south of the Carpathians.[2] The oldest archeological evidence of it being the seat of such a ruler date from the 13th century The Cathedral of Curtea de Argeș (early 16th century) is a Romanian Orthodox cathedral in Curtea de Argeș, Romania. It is located on the grounds of the Curtea de Argeș Monastery, and is dedicated to Saint Nicholas. The cathedral is faced with pale grey limestone, which was easily chiselled then hardened on exposure. The interior is of brick, plastered and decorated with frescoes. Nearby on the grounds stands a large Moorish style royal palace. Town: Romania, Bradetu , Valsan River , Transfagarasan, BraduletVâlsan River originates in the Făgăraş mountains, where its source is a trough-shaped glacial hollow located between the Picuiata and Scărişoara Mare mountains. The river flows for a mere 84.6 kilometers.The Vâlsan, although a minor river in comparison to other European rivers, is of vital importance. This is because of the fact that it is one of the few rivers that supports the fish species Romanichthys valsanicola. This species is endemic to Romania and the Danube basin. The species is regarded the most endangered species of European ichthyofauna given its small habitat range and low surviving numbers. Vidraru Lake located on Transfagarasan is the biggest artificial lake build by Nicolae Ceausescu on this area. It was created in 1965 by the construction of the Vidraru Dam on the Argeș River.
