Description of objectThe apartment has almost the feel of a small house and goes by the name of Casa del Nonno, named after its former owner, Sandra`s Grandfather. It is located within the outskirts of Old-cavriglia and is surrounded by the daily life of this little village visited only by a handful of tourist.casa del nonno comes with a small terrace and a small garde sprinkled with yello roses. Casa del nonno has been charmingly furnished by Sandra. It comes with Satellit Tv, upstaits and downstairs, and on the upper floor there is a weel-equipped kitchen including a dish-washer. On the first floor ther are two bedrooms along with the bathroom which has a shower and a bidet. One of the bedrooms comes with a double bed as well as a large customised wardrobe while the other bedroom contains a nice bunk-bed and for small kids an extra bed. Cavriglia is the so-called gateway to Chianti and is the perfect point of departure for trips to Florence(40km) Siena (30 km), Arezzo (35 km), Radda in Chianti (13 km) San Gimignano and Volterra (40 km) Florence and Arezzo can easily be reached by train, the means of transportation which i would highly recommend if you would like to go to Florence. The staion of Montevarchi is within close range, 10 minutes away with trais departing every 20 minutes for Florence center or Arezzo.
