Beware of this place. We booked 2 apartments in Shenkin Tower two months before our arrival in June 2014. We also paid the prepayment in advance. A day before our arrival at Tel-Aviv we received the email with cancellation of our booking due to \"unexpected circumstances\". Of course nobody explained why and did not answer our next emails. We also did not receive our money back.
